Choose a classic finish or take it custom. Base dipped pricing includes one chocolate coating color plus drizzle; specialty colors, glitter, sprinkles, edible images, themed details and premium toppings are additional.
Base package pricing: Starting prices include one custom chocolate color with a simple coordinating drizzle. White or natural chocolate may be added as an additional color at no extra charge. Additional custom chocolate colors, themed designs, fondant details, edible images, character designs, toppers, metallic finishes, specialty decorations, custom packaging and substitutions are additional and may increase the final price. Candied fruit and custom themed apples are available by quote.

Standard fixed-price orders require full payment. Custom cakes, custom dipped-treat packages and other qualifying custom/quote-based orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit after acceptance. The deposit is applied toward your total order price—it is not an additional fee. Your order is not secured until the required payment is received.

Clear expectations help every order go smoothly from inquiry to pickup, delivery or shipment.
Payment & Deposits
Standard fixed-price and accepted special-request orders are paid in full. Qualifying custom/quote-based orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your deposit is applied to the total order price—it is not an extra fee. Example: on a $200 order, a $100 deposit leaves a $100 balance.
Custom Order Balance
For orders placed with a 50% deposit, the remaining balance is due 2 days before pickup, delivery or scheduled fulfillment.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before scheduled fulfillment to be considered for a partial refund. Custom-order deposits remain non-refundable. Amounts paid above the deposit, and eligible paid-in-full orders, may receive a partial refund less non-recoverable ingredients, supplies, custom materials, processing costs or work already completed. Cancellations under 48 hours, no-shows and completed/final-preparation orders are non-refundable. If Jazzy Sweets and Treats must cancel and cannot fulfill the order, payments will be refunded.
Lead Times
Custom cakes need at least 72 hours and cannot be rushed. Other treats and desserts need at least 24 hours.
Pickup & Delivery
Local pickup is available in Kenosha, WI. Delivery may be available throughout Kenosha, Chicago and surrounding areas for an additional fee based on location, distance and order size. Chicago-area pickup/meet-up may be available on select dates by advance arrangement and is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Shipping
Shipping is available only for eligible items. Apples require next-day shipping. Candied fruit, candied pickles, dipped pineapple rings, cheesecake-stuffed apples, personal cakes, dessert tacos, whole cheesecakes and custom cakes are local only.
Inspiration Photos
Reference photos are welcome. Designs are recreated in the Jazzy style and may vary based on materials, colors and design elements.
Product Care
Orders are prepared, packaged and presented in good condition at handoff. Once an order leaves our possession, the customer is responsible for proper transportation, handling and storage. Jazzy Sweets and Treats LLC is not responsible for damage caused after handoff by improper handling, transportation, temperature exposure, storage, accidents, melting, shifting or breakage.
Warm Weather & Temperature-Sensitive Shipping
Temperature-sensitive products may require insulated packaging and cold packs at an additional cost. Shipping may be restricted during extreme temperatures. Eligible apples require next-day shipping; brownie shipping method may vary by flavor and weather.
Cake Transportation
Transport cakes on a flat, level surface in an air-conditioned vehicle. Avoid seats, laps and direct sunlight. Refrigerate as instructed after transport.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far ahead should I order?
Custom cakes require at least 72 hours advance notice and rush orders are not accepted. Other treats and desserts require at least 24 hours notice.
Does submitting the form reserve my date?
No. Your request must first be accepted. Standard orders are secured after full payment; custom and quote-based orders are secured after the required 50% non-refundable deposit is received.

What if I want something that isn't shown?
Choose “Additional Specialty” or “Other / Special Request” and tell us what you have in mind. Breads, bagels, muffins, dinner rolls, soft pretzels, sauces, breakfast or dinner offerings and other creations may be available by request. Availability is confirmed first; accepted special-request items are paid in full.
